Enugu Rangers football club have started the second stanza of the 2015/2016 Nigerian Professional Football League on a spectacular fashion.

The team defeated Heartland of Owerri 2 – 1 away from home.

Julius Ubido puts hosts in front in the 12 minute after he blasted a freekick straight into the net. The visitors responded about four minutes later through a set-piece which Chinedu Udeagha expertly converted.

Substitute Chisom Egbuchulam got the winner in the 57th minute when he converted from the spot, after he was fouled in the area.It ended; Heartland 1 – 2 Rangers

It is another big day in the Nigerian Premier Football League as the battlefor glory continues in Nigeria’s elite football competition.
